Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as per the details below to avoid charges

• Cancellation 30 days or prior – 100% refund
• Cancellation within 15-30 days of arrival – 50% refund
• Cancellation withing 7-15 days of arrival – 25% refund
• Cancellation less than 07 days of arrival – 100% Cancellation

No-Show Policy:

Failure to check-in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will be considered a "No-Show."
No-Show reservations will be charged the full amount for the entire stay.

Early Departure:

Guests departing before the scheduled check-out date may be subject to an early departure fee equivalent to 50 % of the remaining nights.

Refund Processing:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original form of payment within 07 business days.

Force Majeure:

In the event of circumstances beyond your control, such as natural disasters, pandemic or government-mandated travel restrictions, special consideration for credit note,refunds may be given. Please contact us for further assistance.

Special Packages and Promotions:

Refund policies for special packages, promotions, or discounted rates may vary. Please refer to the terms and conditions specified during the booking process.

Group & Wedding Reservations:

Group reservations may have different cancellation and refund policies. Please refer to the group booking agreement or contact our reservations team for details.
